This route has a total length of 18.82 km and runs between the beach Port de Sant Miquel and the village of Sant Miquel de Balansat. To start the route from Port de Sant Miquel you have to take the road to Na Xamena. This route combines stretches of road, paved pathways and dirt tracks. It offers beautiful panoramic views of Es Amunts and we recommend you take a break at the public estate "Can Cosmi", located halfway and from where you can enjoy incredible views of the entire northern part of the island.
In Sant Miquel we recommend a visit of the " Puig de Missa" where you find one of the oldest churches on the island, built between the 15th and 16th century. From Sant Miquel continue the second leg of the route, taking the road to Sant Joan, and following a turnoff leading back to Port de Sant Miquel on the old road used by locals to return to the port.
